How are orders shipped?

All orders ship cold-chain with insulated packaging and gel ice packs. For transit windows exceeding 48 hours or shipments during high-temperature months, dry ice is used. Outer packaging is discreet and carries no Aurevra Bio branding.

What is your return policy?
