We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is evaluated on a per-order basis; contact
support@aurevrabio.com for inquiries.
2. Cold-chain handling
Every order ships with insulated packaging, gel ice packs, and discrete outer cartons. For orders shipping during high-temperature months or with transit windows over 48 hours, dry-ice is used.
3. Carriers and transit time
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail. Standard domestic transit time is 2–4 business days from shipment. Orders received before 14:00 PT ship the same business day.
4. Shipping cost
Standard cold-chain shipping is $12 flat-rate. Orders over $200 ship free. Live rates for expedited and international shipping are calculated at checkout.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You may also view it in your account at any time.
6. Discrete packaging
No Aurevra Bio branding appears on the outer shipping carton. The RUO compliance statement appears on the interior packaging only, not on the exterior.
