1. What Research Use Only means

All products supplied by Aurevra Bio are designated Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended solely for in vitro and in vivo laboratory research by qualified researchers and research institutions. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary administration, diagnostic use, or any use that implies therapeutic outcome.

2. What RUO does not mean

RUO does not constitute approval, endorsement, or recommendation for use in humans or animals. RUO products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Aurevra Bio products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Buyer acknowledgment

By creating an account or placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that:

• They are a qualified researcher or a representative of a qualified research institution.
• The product is purchased exclusively for laboratory research purposes.
• They will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• They will not administer, sell, or transfer any product for human or veterinary use.

4. Shipping restrictions

Aurevra Bio reserves the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where the product is restricted. The buyer is responsible for compliance with the laws governing receipt and possession of research compounds in their jurisdiction.
